Yes. The team arrives with everything: vacuum, mop, microfiber cloths, disinfectants, glass cleaner, descaler, and grout brushes. If you prefer we use a specific product on a sensitive surface like marble or unsealed wood, leave it on the counter and we'll use yours instead.

How long does a deep clean take?

Plan for 4 to 7 hours for a typical 2 to 3 bedroom home, longer for larger square footage or homes that have not had a deep clean in a year or more. We send a 2-person team standard so the visit finishes the same day.

Can I book recurring service after the deep clean?

Yes, and most clients do. After the first deep clean we set up weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring cleans at a lower flat rate since the home is already in maintenance condition. You can pause, reschedule, or cancel any time via WhatsApp.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Can you coordinate with my Airbnb or VRBO calendar?

Yes. Share your iCal link or your booking notifications and we'll line up the cleaning automatically against every check-out. Lockbox, smart-lock, or door-code entry are all fine. No host hand-off required between cleans.

When should I schedule a post-construction cleaning?

Do you clean inside HVAC vents and registers?

How long does a post-construction cleaning take?

Do you clean inside appliances and cabinets?

Yes. Move-in and move-out cleans include the inside of every cabinet and drawer, the oven (racks, glass, broiler tray), refrigerator (shelves, drawers, gaskets), dishwasher (filter and seal), microwave, and washer and dryer (lint trap, gasket, detergent drawer). These are the spots a standard clean skips and a walk-through inspector always checks.

Can my landlord or realtor walk through with me after?

Treatment rooms and operatories are sanitized to clinical standard, restrooms are detailed, and we follow practice-specific protocols for shared touch points and waiting areas. What is the smallest space you clean?

We have clients in single-suite professional offices under 600 square feet (real estate, accounting, therapy practices) and on through 4,000 to 5,000 square foot dental and salon spaces. There is no minimum size. Weekly contracts work as well for a 2-room therapist office as they do for a 10-chair salon.

Do you offer weekly contracts at a better rate?

Yes. Weekly and bi-weekly cleaning contracts get a preferential rate compared to one-off office cleans, because the team learns your space and the per-visit detail compounds. Most office clients land somewhere between $120 and $450 per visit depending on size and detail level.

Will it be the same cleaning team every visit?

Yes. We deliberately do not rotate crews. The same 2 to 3 person team works your space every visit so they learn the layout, the supply locations, and your specific preferences. If our regular team is ever out, you get notified before the visit.

Can you come on short notice?

Often yes. Same-day and next-day bookings depend on crew availability, but most weeks we can fit a one-time clean within 2 to 4 days of your WhatsApp. The fastest path is to message us with your zip code and bed/bath count first, before you commit to your event date.

Is the price higher than recurring service?

Slightly higher per visit, yes, because a one-time clean has more catch-up work than a maintenance visit on a home we are already in every week. Can I book a one-time clean before deciding to go recurring?

How often should I schedule recurring service?

Most South Florida households land on bi-weekly. Weekly is the right call for families with kids and pets, dual-income couples on a tight schedule, or homes with a lot of foot traffic. Monthly works for empty-nesters, snowbirds, and minimalist single-person households who keep the place tidy day to day. We will recommend the frequency that fits your home after the first visit if you are unsure.

Is it the same cleaning team every time?

Yes. We deliberately do not rotate crews. The same 2-person team works your home every visit so they learn the layout, your preferences, your sensitive surfaces, and the corners you actually care about. If our regular team is ever out, you get notified before the visit.

Can I pause if I'm traveling?

Yes. Pause, reschedule, or skip a visit any time on WhatsApp, no fees. Many of our snowbird clients pause through the summer and pick back up in October. We hold your slot and your team.
