One-time cleaning is a single-visit residential cleaning service with no contract or recurring commitment. It is commonly booked before guests arrive, after a long weekend, before listing photos, or as a no-commitment trial run before deciding on a recurring schedule.

Most one-time cleans in South Florida take 2 to 5 hours and run between $180 and $400 depending on bedroom and bathroom count and how long it has been since the last clean. Same-day and next-day bookings are subject to crew availability.

Can you come on short notice?

Often yes. Same-day and next-day bookings depend on crew availability, but most weeks we can fit a one-time clean within 2 to 4 days of your WhatsApp. The fastest path is to message us with your zip code and bed/bath count first, before you commit to your event date.

Is the price higher than recurring service?

Slightly higher per visit, yes, because a one-time clean has more catch-up work than a maintenance visit on a home we are already in every week. Most one-time cleans in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Parkland, and Deerfield Beach land between $180 and $400 depending on size and last-cleaned-when. Send bed and bath count for an exact quote.

Can I book a one-time clean before deciding to go recurring?

That is most clients' path. The first visit is a no-commitment one-time clean. If you like the team and the result, we set up weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring at the preferential rate. About 70 percent of our one-time clients turn into recurring within two visits.

What is the minimum job size?

Our minimum is roughly a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit (around 700 square feet). Below that we are usually still happy to come out, just with a small minimum visit fee. WhatsApp us your address and we will tell you straight.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. About half our one-time clients leave a key, lockbox code, or smart-lock entry. We coordinate the whole visit by WhatsApp: arrival, walk-through photos, and confirmation when we lock up. Insured team, background-checked, family-run.

Are you fully insured?

Yes. We carry general liability coverage on every visit. If anything is ever damaged on the job we handle it through the policy, not out of your pocket. Certificate available on request before the visit.
