Is it the same cleaning team every time?

Yes. We deliberately do not rotate crews. The same 2-person team works your home every visit so they learn the layout, your preferences, your sensitive surfaces, and the corners you actually care about. If our regular team is ever out, you get notified before the visit.

Can I pause if I'm traveling?

Yes. Pause, reschedule, or skip a visit any time on WhatsApp, no fees. Many of our snowbird clients pause through the summer and pick back up in October. We hold your slot and your team.

How does pricing compare to one-time cleans?

Recurring visits are priced lower per visit than one-time cleans, because the home stays in maintenance condition between visits and the per-visit work is lighter.
